PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Berna Tepe has expertise on the complete range of business law issues with consultancy, litigation and court expertise exprerience. Before founding Tepe, she has been working as legal coordinator at Ericsson Turkey and at two Istanbul based law offices focused on the practice of business law with first and second tier responsibilities, especially as concerns international transactions.

GEÇMİŞ MESLEKİ DENEYİM Tepe Hukuk Bürosunu kurdu; Ericsson Türkiye'de hukuki koordinatörü olarak, İstanbul'da iki hukuk bürosunda özellikle ticaret hukuku, fikri ve sınai haklar hukuku ve yabancı sermaye konularında, Avrupa Konseyinde, Konsey anlaşmaları çerçevesinde görülen ihtilafların hukuksal yönüyle ilgili incelemelerde aktif olarak yeraldı.
